Coaching Philosophy
i am a person-center coach using a solution-focused approach to help my clients get the results they seek in order to obtain harmony in their LIFE & success in their goals.
The services I offer center around the following philosophy:
I use an individualized approach for my coaching services instead of a “one-size fits all”
I will never tell my clients what they should and shouldn’t do, instead we work together in a partnership to decide the best course of action
I support my clients in discovering the changes they need to make based on what’s important to him/her/they using our collective knowledge
I help my clients devise realistic plans that fit their unique circumstances and lifestyle with no judgement
I offer resources to help maximize my clients results and increase their knowledge-base so as to make them more self-sufficient.

Career Coaching and Academic Life Coaching at the primary services offered to clients. The primary goals is to help people suffering from burnout assess their biggest barriers and identify great supports so they can be successful. The coaching journey includes:
Learning to prioritize and delegate
Establishing sustainable boundaries
Creating self-care practices at home and at work/school
(re)Defining your purpose & vision for the future
Establish a tribe of personal & professional supports
Eliminating / minimizing toxicity in your surroundings
